While building out this marketplace and doing inventory analysis on the nearly ~10M items, we noticed something important: the importance of a great listing. Time and time again we’d see items that were objectively great but were never transacted simply because they had poor pictures, lacked a compelling or specific description, or didn’t have the correct keywords to promote visibility.

From Manual Optimization to AI-Powered Solutions

We started assisting users manually with their listings and after thousands of hours manually improving listings we thought there had to be a better solution; when we couldn’t find one, we decided to build it ourselves. What began as an internal tool for our marketplace quickly revealed what we had developed had uses far beyond the scope we had envisioned. We realized our AI solution could empower other e-commerce sellers of all sizes, anywhere, to optimize and streamline their listing process.
